What I find profound about the legal indictment against the twice impeached, former President is that it has nothing to do with any partisan political agenda. It has everything to do with what the twice impeached, former President had always stated to be part of his political platform of “maintaining the rule of law in America.”
In order for the situation to reach this state a random selection of citizens of the southern district of Florida, a well known GOP hub of the voting public, were given the volumes of evidence obtained by the Justice Department. This random collection of citizens made up what is called a Grand Jury. Through the review of the documents, testimony, texts, photos, recordings, and all of the material given them by the Justice Department this Grand Jury found a preponderance of evidence that lead them to a resolution that there is enough evidence that gives just cause to litigate and go to trial.
The prosecution is then duty bound to prove such accusations determined by the grand jury beyond a reasonable doubt. The trial by jury is then to reach a unanimous verdict for a conviction.
This second indictment against the twice impeached, former President Trump was released Friday. He was charged with multiple counts and is set to appear in court in Miami on Tuesday. A Trump-appointed U.S. District Judge, named Aileen M. Cannon, will oversee the case. Although Trump is still eligible to run for president in 2024, top Republicans are now very wary to come to his aid.
The released documents reveal the full charges, including obstruction of justice and false statements, which are detailed in the indictment document below.
If there is ever ONE legal document that you will ever read in your life it should be this. If you discuss this issue in the future without having read this document then you are not discussing the topic with facts. You are simply regurgitating what someone else has told you is in the document. In other words, you would not be qualified to discuss the indictment.
The world of law is based solely on facts, not what some talking news person has told you is in the document. The world of law is based on the volume of evidence in the case, not what your neighbor thinks of the situation.
As you can see I am not going to paraphrase this document, yet, at this time. I want everyone to be able to read through the following in order to fully understand the depth of evidence that has been presented.
