SEC v Coinbase is done
So, do you see the full picture?
Last week the “new” SEC has announced that it is done with its lawsuit against Coinbase, the largest U.S. crypto platform, for allegedly selling unregistered securities. This is a big win for the broader crypto market. The ruling was dropped “with prejudice” which in legal terms is the best ending possible. “With Prejudice” means that there can be no other legal documents filed against Coinbase on this action. Case closed. It is OVER!
What people don’t seem to make a connection with is that Coinbase sells XRP!
Do you get it? Bueller? Bueller?!!
If Coinbase is no longer found to be selling unregistered securities and it is still selling XRP then it is simple logic that XRP is not a security. Boom!
Again, it is clear that if you want to hide something you just need to put it right in front of the faces of the masses. After this ruling XRP has seen a price decline probably based on the fact that the SEC has not made a specific announcement on the ending of the XRP lawsuit. However, people are not seeing the forest for the trees.

So, based on this ruling, it is a great probability that within the next few weeks the SEC will dismiss the case against Ripple as well. It is also a great probability that once the SEC officially drops the case against Ripple then we could see XRP go parabolic.

In other words, this Insurance executive with AJ Gallagher settled this case based on a hearsay question that obviously isn’t Evidence beyond a reasonable doubt as required by law, but that doesn’t matter to Mr. Featherstone and his associates in the Supreme Court of Iowa, specifically “Justice” Tom Waterman, a fourth degenerate lawyer from the Bucktown district where they are now planning to build a human trafficking center with the help of the President of the DOWNTOWN DAVENPORT HOTEL & CONVENTION CORPORATION, Senator Chuck Grassley, who is obviously compromised by the Waterman gang, now recommending Dave Waterman to the US Court judge position. The “Hotel” will have underground tunnels to and from the Children’s Daycare & YMCA across the Street.

How else does a PEDESTRIAN get convicted of TRAFFIC violations??? AND AFFIRMED by Iowa S.Court ??? Grassley is compromised. Being extorted or bribed
