Writing can be a lonely existence

I find it interesting in that with every post I do I have many hundreds, and in most cases many thousands, of readers yet it is extremely rare that anyone ever comments, shares or likes any of the information.

I have always been one who appreciates the truth and finding the root causes of how things work, the systems integration of how things work within our society, how to fix problems with those systems or root causes. I know I am not alone in this because I have people that read my posts daily.

Despite this I see people interacting on other posts across the internet by liking, sharing and commenting on topics and issues that they know are completely false and misinformation. At the same time, people complain that the internet, mass corporate media and social media are filled with lies and mis/dis information.

Am I the only one who sees the disconnect?

We live in a society that is controlled by the elite and the social media mis/dis information machines. This same kind of twisted social interaction has become an integral part of the governmental control of mis/dis information. This has always been the case that the government has used the media as its PR arm to twist truth and deliver a perceived truth to the public at large.

I thought that most people understood this. Despite them feeling that that history might be a conspiracy theory, they still understand, deep down that it is true. Yet, every day, our society buys into the lies and mis/dis information machines by liking, sharing, commenting on the rabbit hole and information trails that only go nowhere and are filled with bogus information.

Perhaps simply feeling included in the mass conversation is what makes people feel better. It isn’t about learning and spreading well researched information, but rather sharing and liking the information that everyone else is doing as well.

That is just a road I have never travelled down.

There are those who do participate in this journey here with me and I am so very grateful for your inclusion with my writing. I have learned over the years that a writer writes for no one but themselves. The writer writes and the reader will find them.

So, I write.
